The essentials of regional development forecasting are freely addressed in existing multidimensional approaches. Nowadays, despite the convenience of high-quality data, enhanced tools, and equipment that provide a good degree of realism in forecasting, the doors are open to confusion primarily because of the difficulty in appreciating such a large number of concepts, models, and experimental details. Based on this issue and practical examples, this paper presents common essentials in a demand-supply allocation model for regional development forecasting.
