This study was carried out to investigate the effect of lavender (Lavandula stoechas) essential oil added to broiler diets at different levels on performance, carcass and blood parameters. In the study, lavender essential oil was added to the diets at the levels of 0, 50, 100, 150, 200 and 250 mg/kg. Treatment groups were formed as 6 treatment groups with 5 replications each containing 10 broiler chickens. In the study, a total of 300 Ross 308 broiler chicks of daily age were used, and the study lasted for 6 weeks. Feeding of the treatment groups was done ad-libitum. At the end of the study, body weight, body weight gain and feed conversion, which are performance parameters, improved in direct proportion with the addition of lavender essential oil to the diets (P>0.05). Feed intake increased with the addition of lavender essential oil to the diets in the first 2 weeks (P<0.01) but was not affected by the addition of lavender essential oil to the others in other periods (P>0.05). When the carcass parameters obtained as a result of the study were examined, the breast ratio decreased quadratically with the addition of lavender essential oil to the diet, while the other carcass and organ parameters did not change (P>0.05). While triglyceride, LDL and albumin concentrations of serum parameters decreased with the addition of lavender essential oil to the ration, an increase was observed in total protein concentration. As a result, it can be said that adding 250 mg/kg lavender essential oil to the diet is beneficial in improving the performance and serum parameters of broilers. ; Bu çalışma broyler rasyonlarına farklı seviyelerde ilave edilen lavanta (Lavandula stoechas) uçucu yağının performans, karkas ve kan parametrelerine etkisini araştırmak amacıyla yürütülmüştür.
