According to graph theoritic concepts, social network is composed of vertices and edges, where vertices are users and edges are connections or relationship among the verticess. For analysis of user's structural behaviour based on linkage data, a well structured data set is required. The steps involved to prepare such a data set are collection, cleaning, reduction and conversions from one form to another incase of various formats, structures etc. Hence, every steps mentioned above are to be applied (if required) to create a data sets for feeding to the algorithms for structural behaviour analysis. In this paper, a required mathematical framework and steps are explained to prepare a data set. A number of observations are also worked out for the behaviour analysis while preparing the data set.
