The article discusses the study that seeks the essentials in establishing a better healthcare system for people with learning disabilities in Great Britain. Some barriers to delivery of good service include, communication difficulties and effect of challenging behavior during consultations. The researchers suggest that strategies to increase the emphasis on learning disability in continuing medical education need to be placed in a wider framework applicable to education and training.
