This is the time to translate, to join various efforts to actively translate - technical or literary. The commercial market is swamped with works needing translation. Since there is no dedicated agency to oversee or police the translation works, there are no definite guidelines to provide direction on the determination of what is the right or proper way to translate information. Would it be enough for information to just be translated? Or is it time to review the usual norm or practice of translating technical information? Although there are changes brought by the ongoing technical upgrades, it is undeniable that the presence of prevailing situational and contextual translations requires a look see. Due to these prevailing requirements, it would already be insufficient to abide by the traditional manner of translating information. It would be very important to know the prevailing practice used to translate and to assure that the proper emphasis on the relevant aspects of the translations be observed. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
