The chemical composition of the volatile components of the oil was identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS, Shimadzu QP2010) equipped with RTX-5MS column (30 m × 0.25 mm ID and 0.25 m film thickness). A new antibacterial phenolic sesquiterpene, dysoxyphenol, was identified from the acetone extract of the seed of I D. densiflorum i [[2]].
