The article focuses on a study which investigates the chemical composition of the essential oils of Levisticum officinale found in Kerman Province, Iran. It examines the hydrodistilled essential oils from crushed leaves, stems, seeds, and roots of Levisticum officinale through gas chromatography (GC) and GC-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). It depicts the percentage composition of various essential oils from Levisticum officinale which include thujene, pinene, and cymene.
